Site Foreperson required for company with work in the Dublin area
The ideal candidates will (among other things):
have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager/ foreman experience for the main contractor ideally on residential site projects.
have a trade background, ideally a carpentry background.
have a valid safe pass ticket.
have good people management skills.
have excellent knowledge of current site health and safety regulations.
have an excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations.
be well organised and computer literate.
be enthusiastic energetic, a self starter and passionate about your work with a can do attitude.
have good attention to detail skills
Having a teleporter ticket is an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be for the most part required to manage and run the site on a day to day basis but will be required to be hands on when required.
