Store Manager required for a busy retail store in Bray, Co Wicklow.
The ideal Candidate will amongst other things be responsible for:
The Day to day management of the branch.
Liaising with management
The Management of staff
The Management of stock & merchandising
Analysing market trends
Customer service issues
HR of personnel
The Health & Safety of both staff and customers
The ideal candidate will also have :
Previous experience in a similar role .
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication, leadership & training skills
Excellent organisational and motivational skills
A Pro-active "can do" attitude
Work well within a team
A passion for technology and electrical goods
Previous experience in a management level role as an assistant or as a store manager is a distinct advantage in being considered for this position.
