Job Purpose
Quality Control Officer required for a fresh produce company based near Trim, Co. Meath.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain employment with a well established and ever growing fresh food company.
The ideal candidate will (among other things):
- Have a background in quality control ideally with fresh produce goods.
- Be an excellent time keeper as arriving to work late will not be tolerated.
- Be highly motivated and have excellent attention to detail skills.
- Have a consistent and accurate approach to inspecting.
- Report inspection findings to the quality manager and senior management.
- Be highly organised and document findings in a clear, concise and organised manner.
- Have the ability to work on your own initiative while continuing to work closely with other members of the company's overall team.
- Record data into the quality control system.
- Assist in all the daily quality control matters.
- Have excellent computer skills.
- Have excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Be up to date with all health and safety guidelines in terms of food production and have a Level 3 HACCP qualification.
