Lead Fabricator/ welder
Full time position for a fabricator/welder that has a minimum of 5 years fabrication
· Ability to deal with technical queries and problem solving
· Interact, supervise & mentor welding teams
· Knowledge of design engineering
· Monitor manufacturing quality and engage with production manager on quality inspections
· Engage with production manager and sales team on lead times and projected targets.
Be flexible in their approach to the job, ability to come up with ideas
Proven technical ability to interpret and read drawings
Ability to read and understand Work Instructions written in English and communicate verbally in English
Meet Production targets
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with detail and excellent Quality of work
Highly motivated
Willing to work extra hours if a project requires
Experience in site installations and H&S compliancy
Full Drivers Licence
