Our client is a is a leading retail, wholesale and distribution company.
They are seeking a Head of Ecommerce to join their team to further develop and drive forward an already successful Ecommerce division .
Reporting to the Managing Director on a weekly basis the role will involve but not limited to:
Managing the Ecommerce team of people.
Focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Improving customers website experience.
Running seasonal promotions.
Researching competitors and industry trends.
Working with marketing agencies.
Improving traffic to the website.
Working with design, software and merchandise teams to ensure the website is running at its optimal level.
The Ideal Candidate will hold the following expertise:
Three+ years of similar experience in ecommerce.
Good knowledge & understanding of the Irish market.
Customer focused, using data to understand customer trends.
Experienced in Google AdWords, SEO, PPC, & social marketing.
Previous experience of managing a team.
Strong interest and knowledge of retail.
