E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager


Job Purpose

E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager required for a busy retail company in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will (among other things):

Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in eCommerce fulfilment
Have previous people management experience
Be assertive, decisive, and independent, with the ability to work on your own initiative
Be energetic, motivated and a team player
Have the ability to gather, interpret and analyse data and use the findings to improve current processes
Have excellent PC skills and be proficient in MS Office
Have good interpersonal skills and organisational skills
Have the ability to work under pressured environment and to initiate the appropriate action when required
Have strong communications and presentations skills, a strong customer service focus and excellent attention to detail attributes
Be flexible and able to work independently within a results based work environment
Work as part of a team in a process that allows the business to optimise the delivery of goods to our customers
Oversee a variety of order processing/management functions, liaising with production, engineering, and logistics teams and relaying real-time order status details to the customer
Provide the link between all the in-house processes necessary to commit to and supply a customer order

The candidate responsibilities will include (among other things) :

Overseeing E-Commerce fulfilment for all E-Commerce orders including current and future FC
Monitoring the daily E-Commerce fulfilment to ensure achievement of SLA for all E-Commerce orders
Proposing, defining, and driving operational E-Commerce projects to completion
Working closely with customer service team to drive reduction in customer cases
Proactively identifying operational problems, project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
Collaborating with the IT department on current system functionality as well as system improvements
Leading change through continuous improvement initiatives that support the company's goals
Overseeing E-Commerce customers returns and fulfilment complaints.
