Job Purpose
Site Engineer / Site technical manager required for work on a residential site located near Dunshaughlin Co. Meath.
The ideal candidate will (among other things):
- have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager/ site engineer experience for the main contractor ideally on residential site projects.
- have a civil engineer qualification preferably from an Irish Institution.
- carry out as constructed drawings for Irish Water and Local Authorities etc
- supervise works on site in conjunction with the site manager.
- conduct pre planning works on new projects.
- deal with technical issues as they arise on site.
- liaise with design for existing projects.
- have a valid safe pass ticket.
- set out foundations/roads/services etc using GPS/Total Station
- have an excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations.
- be well organised and computer literate.
- be enthusiastic, energetic, a self starter and passionate about your work with a can do attitude.
- have good attention to detail skills.

Having experience of residential groundworks and Irish Water specifications is a distinct advantage.
You will be required to travel to the company's other sites in the Meath Area for similar tasks.
