Job Purpose
Assistant Store Managers required on the North side and South side of Dublin for an Electrical retail company with stores throughout Ireland.
The ideal Candidate will amongst other things be responsible for:
- The Day to day management of the branch
- Liaising with the store manager and area/ cluster manager
- The management and rostering of staff
- The management of stock & merchandising
- Analysing market trends
- Dealing with customer service issues
- Liaising with the HR department
- The Health & Safety of staff and customers within the store and premises
The ideal candidate will also have :
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in Electrical retail
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication, leadership & training skills
- Excellent organisational and motivational skills
- A Pro-active "can do" attitude
- Work well within a team
- A passion for technology
- Previous experience in a management level role as a supervisor ,as an assistant or as a store manager in a electrical retail company is a distinct advantage in being considered for this position
