Job Purpose

Assistant Branch Manager required for large electrical retail company with stores throughout the Midlands.

Reporting to the Manager duties will include:

Day to day management of the branch
Liaising with management
Management of staff
Management of stock & merchandising
Analysing market trends
Customer service
HR
Health & Safety
Experience & Skills required:

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong customer service experience
Excellent communication, leadership & training skills
Highly motivated & organised
Pro-active
Works well within a team
Have a passion for technology
