Architectural Technician / Building Surveyor Required for a busy Architectural Company based in Navan Co. Meath
The ideal candidate will (among other things)
Have a minimum of 10years experience as an Architectural Technician or Building Surveyor
Have excellent knowledge of current building regulations, in particular an excellent knowledge of housing regulations
Have the ability to produce drawings that comply with regulations using Autocad
Have the ability to check on site that buildings are being completed within the regulations
Have a good working knowledge of Arctech Pro
Be good working as part of a team and have a flexible working approach to the companies needs
Have the ability to work on your own initiative
Be organised, have good communication skills and have the ability to adopt a pragmatic approach in dealing with clients and their staff
Be trustworthy and ensure client confidentiality at all times
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work with a busy company in the Navan area
The candidate will be required to visit clients construction sites on a regular basis.
Our client is however (for the right candidate ) prepared to adopt a flexible approach to work hours, with the possibility of a hybrid working model of working from home and office when necessary.
